In this before picture you can see that the house had good bones but had been remodeled in such a way as to disregard the historic pedigree of the place.

Projects just outside of Carmel by the Sea are part of the Monterey County process and can take quite a while to achieve a permit.  But, the good news is there are less building restrictions on comparison to being in the City.

This is our latest project just completed in Carmel, outside the city limits (2024). We were actively involved in the build of this project as well to ensure the design came out with 100% perfect execution.
